Registration Fee: $450.00

Registration: The complete meeting package is $450.00 (includes two continental breakfasts, two lunches, breaks, AV and other meeting/speaker expenses).

State Executive Forum at the Intercontinental Hotel

Mon July 10: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Tues July 11: 8:30am – 2:00 pm

Social Events: 

Sun July 9 Evening – Trapeze Experience

Mon July 10 Evening – Chicago Pizza & Hypnotist Show

These events are hosted by Jack York and It’s Never Too Late. More details to come!

Wed July 12: 12pm-5pm (Marriott Marquis)

Thurs July 13: 7:30am-12pm (Hyatt Regency McCormick Place)

Ed & Events Meeting

Thurs July 13: 12pm – 5pm (Hyatt Regency McCormick Place)

Fri July 14: 8am – 12pm (Marriott Marquis)

 If you are planning on attending the Membership Network and/or Ed & Events meetings please RSVP here and to view detailed agenda. Your hotel reservation at the Intercontinental needs to include Tuesday night July 11. Complimentary rooms at the Marriott and Hyatt are available starting on Wednesday July 12. 

Registration Cancellations: We realize emergencies come up, if you need to cancel your registration please submit your requests in writing to Sidrah Shayiq.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Hotel Accommodations: State Executives can make hotel reservations at The InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile here or by calling reservations at (800) 327 0200 and reference the group name "2023 July LeadingAge Executive Forum Meeting" or use the group code “MPL” to get the group rate of $249/ night plus tax. Please make your hotel reservations by June 9, after that date we cannot guarantee a room or the group rate.
